Content Responsibility.  Client hereby acknowledges that Helix merely provides the Platform for facilitating the sending of your calls, text messages, and emails.
Client hereby confirms that Client is solely responsible for the content of Client’s calls, text messages, and emails and that Client is sole liable for Client’s communications. Client will obtain all consents, including but not limited to the delivery of informational, commercial, and marketing messages.
Helix does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, quality, or appropriateness of any messages, communications, information, data, text, music, sound, or other materials (“Content”) through the Service. Client acknowledges that Helix simply acts as a passive conduit for the distribution and transmission of Client’s information and that Helix has no obligation to screen, preview, or monitor any Content.
By using Helix, Client agrees that it is solely CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY to evaluate the accuracy, usefulness, completeness, or appropriateness of any Content that Client sends, receives, accesses, posts, or otherwise transmits through the Platform, including Content that may be offensive, indecent or objectionable.

You agree and consent that Helix may record or monitor oral or voice communications, utterances, and conversations or commands made by Client or Client’s affiliates during the use of either the Platform or Service as permitted by 18 U.S.C. § 2511 et seq., Cal. Penal Code § 632 et seq., and other state laws that regulate call monitoring and recording. By using the Service, Client expressly consents and grants Helix the right to record or monitor and use this information in connection with Helix operations and for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.
Helix is under no obligation to monitor or record its services for accuracy, completeness, or quality. For scheduled downtime to permit us to conduct maintenance or make modifications to service;

The initial term shall be for a period of one (1) year, autorenewable, (the “Term”) or as specified in an order, application, order summary, agreement, schedule, quotation, statement of work, or other document(s) by which Client orders the Service (collectively, the “Order Form”), commencing on the date the Client receives its login credentials by email from Helix and billing by Helix commences. Thereafter, the Term shall be automatically renewed for additional terms of one (1) year each unless and until either party provides written notice of termination to the other party no later than thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then current Term.
